A whole-person approach to working with unresolved stress and trauma—and strengthening your capacity for healing and growth.

AIT is central to my work because it brings psychological exploration together with somatic and energetic experience.

Let’s Talk About AIT

Mind, body, and spirit. One whole person.

A whole-person perspective

How is AIT different?

AIT is based on the understanding that trauma can be held throughout the body and biofield—not only in the brain.

Looking beneath the surface

What’s happening now
may have a history.

You may understand a reaction and still feel caught in it. Or you may have no idea why a familiar situation brings up so much anxiety, tension, or hurt.

In AIT, we explore connections between present distress and unresolved experiences—including patterns operating outside conscious awareness. We work with the emotions, beliefs, and bodily responses connected to them.

The aim is to help you experience change, as well as understand what needs to change.

Healing & growth

Care for what hurts.
Strengthen what helps.

This is one of the things I value most about AIT: there is room for both.

Working with unresolved trauma

Attend to painful experiences and the patterns connected to them, with the goal of easing their hold on how you feel and respond today.

Developing inner resources

Build supportive beliefs and qualities such as self-compassion, confidence, and resilience—especially where those capacities had little opportunity to develop.
